All of our products are sourced locally where possible and also from the Abruzzo and Campania regions of Italy. We use no additives, no stabilisers, and none of our products are ever frozen. Freshness and quality is paramount to our team who make all of our food daily in our kitchen.
Here at Quattro Woodfire Pizza Stepaside, our aim is to let you experience real Romana style Pizza, using only the highest quality 00 Flour, San Marzano tomatoes, Fiore Di Latte Mozzarella from Campania and the finest toppings brought in from the south of Italy.
Our dough is slow proofed for a minimum of forty eight hours, then rolled by hand, hand stretched to order and cooked in our wood fired ovens at over 450 degrees Celsius. Our oven gives our pizzas an amazing wood burnt flavour, not achievable with normal ovens.
